Firms that are past due for a new fund
Every firm here has raised at least three times, so it has a rhythm of its own. Each one's last fund closed longer ago than its own typical gap between funds. That is a fact about filing history, not a prediction — but it is where a raise usually starts, and it is months before anything is announced.

How to read this. A “raise” is one fundraising cycle — a fund and the vehicles that close alongside it, counted once. “Every” is the middle gap between a firm's consecutive raises. “Past due by” is how far beyond that gap the firm now is; a firm fewer than three months past its gap is not listed, because that is within the normal variation of a raise.
Single-deal vehicles and feeders are excluded, which is why the raise count here is lower than the number of filings a firm has made. A firm with fewer than three raises, or one that files continuously enough that no rhythm can be measured, is not listed at all.
What this is not. It is not a claim that any firm is raising, struggling, or winding down. A firm can deploy from an evergreen structure for years without filing again.
