Paste your list. See who raises next.

Paste the venture firms you cover — a CRM export, a spreadsheet column, the names in an email. Each one is matched to its SEC filings and placed in its own raising cycle: who is due, who has just filed, and the month each firm’s history points at. The matching runs in your browser; your list is not sent anywhere.

One firm per line, or separated by commas — up to 500. A CSV uses its firm, company or name column, or the first one. Matched against 8,590 US venture firms that have filed a Form D.

How the call is made. A firm with three or more raises on record has a rhythm: the median months between them. The time since its last close, against that rhythm, puts it before, inside or past its window — the same arithmetic as Raising soon, and the evidence behind it. Fewer raises than that, and no month is guessed.
