Venture firms due to raise in February 2027
9 US venture firms have a filing history that points at February 2027 for their next fund: last close plus the firm’s own median gap between raises. Largest first. This list updates nightly until the month ends; then it is frozen and scored against who actually filed. Historically about 1 in 4 firms on a list like this filed within a year, and the month is approximate — how often this is right.

What this cannot see. A fund that is already raising has not filed yet — a Form D is due within 15 days of the first sale, so the filing arrives after the first close, not before it. That is exactly why this page exists: the filing is late news, the rhythm is not. It also cannot see an evergreen structure that never closes a new fund, a firm deploying from a balance sheet or a family office, or a firm that has quietly stopped raising. A firm past twice its own gap is not listed here at all, because at that distance the honest word is quiet, not due.
Three funds is the minimum for a rhythm and three is a thin sample; the Raises column is there so you can weigh it. The window is a month, not a date, and firms miss their own windows all the time.
