Key facts:
- Status describes what has been filed, not whether a firm is solvent or investing.
- Capital totals are floors: funds filed as "Indefinite" are excluded.
- SPVs, feeders and side vehicles are listed but excluded from fund counts and totals.
- Providers are as reported on Form ADV and dated; no provider on file means unknown, never "none".
- "Not yet in Form ADV" is a fact about filings, not a claim a fund has no administrator.
